It is only for exception cases that the loot council will need to make a decision The loot council decision is final and loot will be awarded once the decision is made The loot council ombudsman will hear any complaints to loot council decisions and will attempt to take an appropriate action if necessary Other DKP Rules DKP is awarded per character and cannot be transferred or shared with other characters DKP earned in the current raid is not counted until the next raid DKP spent in the current raid is subtracted immediately Probates Can accrue DKP Cannot spend DKP unless there is no competition from members
